How can I make Sign Up?
Once you have made your mind to come on board. One of our Team member will send you all paper work needed to sign up. Claims Med will than collect all basic information to outline procedures and exchange necessary information. We will be sending you a Medical Billing Contract, welcome packet and a Medical Billing Discovery Document. All you need to do is to sign a Contract and to enter all required information within Medical Billing Discovery Document. Once you are signed up, we’ll setup a connection with our Clearinghouse. Approval takes usually 2-4 business days for clearinghouse. Some Insurance payers require documentations which usually takes 1-2 weeks to get approved. For your convenience, you always have an option to continue your billing with your current Billing Software vendor, or we will be happy to assist you to make a smoother transition from scratch.
