Visit the CMS Website for Updated Information on CY 2017 and Stage 3 Program Requirements
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to assisting eligible professionals (EPs), eligible hospitals, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) to participate successfully in the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Programs.
The recently released Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) and Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System for calendar year (CY) 2017 final rules include provisions that will affect the EHR Incentive Programs in 2017 and beyond. As a result, we have updated the CMS EHR Incentive Programs website and resources based on changes to the programs.
